1993 :
Creation of Soremat by Gérard QUILLERET and Michel BARGE, focused on the mechanical repair of conditioning and packaging machines for the cosmetics industry.
2000 :
Relocation to the current 3600 m² production site in the Vichy - Rhue industrial area , with enhanced electrical and then electronic skills.
2012 :
Integration of the manufacturing tank activity.
2016 :
Integration of the robotics activity and website redesign.
2024 :
Transfer of Soremat to Eric BRUN and Philippe MONTAGNIER.
Integration of a new machinery activity (fillers and tube sealers).

Electronics has been inseparable from mechanics and new digital technologies for many years. We have therefore chosen to develop Soremat internally, in addition to our traditional expertise in mechanics and electricity, electronic, digital, and IT know-how, allowing us to integrate modern components to be responsive to our clients' requested adaptations.

In 2015, we implemented recognition cameras on a labeling machine.

We manufacture parts according to your formats, train your staff in production settings and machine maintenance. We conduct real productions on packaging and cream manufacturing equipment in reconditioned tanks at Soremat. This ensures the proper functioning of the equipment and the training of your teams.

We can directly intervene on your site, reimplement and modify programs remotely, and train your teams in PLC and screen program backup.

After the FAT performed at Soremat, our organization allows you to receive your used machines in perfect working order and to use them without delay.

Each employee, from commercial, administrative, and technical departments, is experienced and autonomous. They have their own internet address and can communicate permanently, directly with your teams to instantly exchange all necessary information. This applies from the reconditioning phases of our machines according to your specifications to reception at Soremat and transport to your factory.

Later, during production at your site, your technicians can at any time contact the interlocutor who carried out the refurbishment of your machine, as well as the people who handled your administrative file.
