POSIMAT automatic bottle straightening unit and TIRELLI capping/closing machine

The set includes :
- 760 L hopper with bottle elevator
- POSIMAT Master 10 bottle straightener
- Belt conveyor with suction for better bottle support
- GIRAMAT linear orienter with photocell to ensure all bottles are facing the same direction
- Hopper with Master ORM 1500 SX elevator for caps
- TIRELLI capping/sealing machine with rotating control panel
- Caps fed by a rail-type conveyor with the tigelle in the lower position on a star wheel for picking up the caps with clamps
- Sensors to check for the presence of the tigelle
- Screw conveyor for feeding full bottles
- Cap placement by lowering the clamp and slamming the cap
- Output of capped bottles on conveyor
