PKB ROBO Liquid filler

PKB ROBO automatic bottle filling machine - Speed: 30 to 50 cp/min depending on the product, including:

-1 plastic pallet chain conveyor, 63 mm wide, with speed variator allowing natural entry and exit of the cups by pneumatic extractor with cylinder in the filling machine star wheel
-1 16-position turntable with each cell
-1 station with verification systems with bottle presence sensors
-1 feeder for distributing juice to the pumps.
-3 free-valve filling pumps
-3 filling spouts
-1 spout re-suction station for levelling in the bottles by venturi and 1 juice recovery bowl with return to the juice feed tank
-1 pump presence control station
-1 pump pre-crimping station
-1 pump crimping station
-1 station with bottle height control cell with pump and broken neck control
-1 station for the output of good products by pneumatic cylinder.
-1 station for the output of bad products on the operator side conveyor with pneumatic cylinder extractor followed by a station for manual removal of bad products
- On top of the machine, a box with air suction into the machine
- Ceiling lighting inside the upper part of the machine

Electrical part:
- Stainless steel cabinet with electrical and electronic components including:
- Siemens PLC - variable speed drives
- Rotating stainless steel control panel with screen + emergency stop - start/stop - reset.

Power supply- 400V voltage + earth + neutral
- 6 bar compressed air
- Machine enclosed in accordance with CE standards - Electrical documentation.
