Samas Mono P6 Filling Machne
Machine consists of:
- Station for placing jars or cartridges in the cups (34 cups) by an operator. Placement is carried out in the curved section.
- Station for cleaning, blowing and suctioning the pots or cartridges, equipped with a nozzle holder bar which, with a vertical movement, allows the nozzles to be inserted into the cartridges or pots for blowing. A venturi system fixed to the nozzle holder removes any solid particles present in the cartridges or pots
- Filling station with 3 nozzles with Endress+Hauser Dosimag flow meters powered by a Fristam FL series contactless, counter-rotating rotary piston pump.
- Cooling unit to maintain a constant temperature for the cooling oil circulating in the dosing pump
- Sensor to detect the presence of product inside the cartridge or pot
- Cap application station operated by an operator
- Cap presence sensor
- Pre-screwing station with brushless motor
- Capping station using pressure for cartridges or crimping for pots
- Pick and place for unloading 3 cartridges or 3 pots onto a conveyor
- Accumulation table at the end of the line.
- Control panel with Asem HMI
- Siemens S7-1200 PLC
