2-spout filling machine with 3L/min peristaltic pump

Semi-automatic filling unit used for filling liquid and semi-paste products.

- 1 new F6-3L/2*DZ25-3L(PPS) peristaltic pump (3 litres/minute) with stainless steel frame and 2-channel dosing head - suitable for filling glass or plastic bottles with liquid and semi-liquid products.
- Flow rate: 3 litres/minute over 2 channels, i.e. 1.5 litres/minute per hose and per spout. Option to fit a Y-connector to the pump outlet so that the 2 hoses can be joined together into a single hose, ensuring a flow rate of 6 litres/minute over a single spout.
- Speed, volume and filling time adjustable via electronic screen and stylus.
- Memory for several filling programmes
- Pump dimensions: 200 x 420 x H280mm

- 1 tabletop filling stand with 2 height-adjustable spouts with adjustment screws, allowing the operator to fill 2 bottles simultaneously.
Foot pedal control - Supplied with 2 spouts adapted to your bottle neck internal diameters
- Filling stand dimensions: 300 x 400 x 600 mm

Can be sold with the brushless screwdriver ref. 278 to form a filling + screwing set.
