Semi-automatic filling unit used for filling liquid and semi-paste products

- 1 new F6-6L/2*DZ25-3L(PPS) peristaltic pump (6 liters/minute) with stainless steel frame and 2-channel dosing head - suitable for filling glass or plastic bottles with liquid and semi-liquid products
- Flow rate: 6 liters/minute over 2 channels, i.e., 3L/minute per hose and per spout. Option to install a Y-connector at the pump outlet so that the 2 hoses can be joined into a single hose, ensuring a flow rate of 6L/minute over a single spout.
- Speed, volume, and filling time adjustable via electronic screen and stylus.
- Memory for several filling programs
- Pump dimensions: 200 x 420 x H280mm
- 1 tabletop filling stand with 2 height-adjustable spouts with adjustment screws, allowing the operator to fill 2 bottles simultaneously. Pedal control
- Supplied with 2 spouts adapted to your bottle neck inner diameters
- Filling stand dimensions: 300 x 400 x 600mm
Can be sold with the brushless screwdriver to form a filling + screwing set.
