100 L Olsa Macef Mixing Vessel

Stainless steel mixing tank for paste-like products - useful volume of 100 L, OLSA brand, Macef type.

Machine equipped with:
- Liftable and swivelling lid: viewing window with lighting, diameter 50 mm - manhole, diameter 150 mm, with wiper - 2 DN 50 clamp connections with valve - 2 safety valves calibrated to 0.5 bar
- Lid locking with 4 clamping brackets
- 2 washing balls under the lid.

- 100-litre stainless steel tank with vacuum -1 bar and tank pressure + 1 bar.
- Double heat-insulated jacket - pressure: 3 bar - volume 7 litres.
- 2 coaxial agitators with scraper blade support and propeller counter-blade - motor power 2.2 kW - speed 1400 rpm - electronic speed variation
- Homogeniser at the bottom of the tank, rotor-stator type, diameter 100 mm - motor power 3 kW - speed 2800 rpm
- Tank bottom with 2 pneumatic drain valves, 1 clamp connection, diameter 51, and 1 quick cam connection - Temperature probe at the bottom of the tank - Sample valve
- Fluid connections at the rear of the frame: heating inlet/outlet - cooling inlet/outlet - drain - washing

- Control panel including: emergency stop button - 2 speed displays - 2 temperature controllers - 2 potentiometers - 1 timer for the homogeniser - valve open/close button - up/down switch - lid rotation
- Electrical cabinet including: TSX17 PLC - 2 Altivar variable speed drives

- Stainless steel frame on feet including lid lifting system with motor and worm screw

- Machine supplied without hot water heating unit
